This policy explains how Paperlane Goods (“we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with cohombuleu.life and our shop at 45 Insadong-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul 03146, Republic of Korea. When you send a message through our forms or email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you call the shop, we may note your name and phone number to return your call. We do not require an account to browse this site. Payment card data for in-store purchases is processed by our payment terminal provider and is not stored on this website.

Purpose and legal basis

We use contact details to answer enquiries, arrange item holds or gift wrap timing, and improve how we communicate with visitors. Processing is based on your request (contractual steps or pre-contractual enquiry) and, where required, consent. Necessary cookies that keep the site secure and remember cookie choices are processed as needed to provide the service; optional analytics run only if you accept them.

Retention

Enquiry emails and form submissions are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 12 months), unless a longer period is required by Korean law or to resolve a dispute.
